Sciences Po Lille took part in Annual meeting of Monica´s ERASMUS network and “Bridges within Europe” Conference in Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina).
This event, supported by ERASMUS+, was organized by the Department of Political Science and International Relations of Sarajevo School of Science and Technology.
This meeting was an opportunity to exchange experiences in teaching and dealing with the international cooperation within Europe.

SPL International Students discovering the French Parliament
In addition to what they have been learning in class on French political history and legislative process, International Students enjoyed, on Friday March 24, visiting the Palais Bourbon, the seat of the National Assembly, the lower legislative chamber of the French Government.
The National Assembly is France's principal representative institution and the most powerful of the legislative branches.
His teaching and research focus is primarily on social movements, and on environmental sociology, and in particular the collective responses to climate change and to genetically-modified crops.
He is especially interested in the criminal trials of social movement activists, and on civil society activism over abortion in the UK.
Hoi Kong teaches and researches in the areas of Constitutional Law, Comparative Law, Administrative Law, and Municipal Law.
From 2002 to 2003, he was law clerk to Justices Marie Deschamps and Claire L’Heureux‐Dubé at the Supreme Court of Canada.
From 2003 to 2006, he was an Associate‐in‐Law at Columbia University, and from 2006 to 2009, he was an Assistant Professor of Law, cross‐appointed with the School of Urban and Regional Planning, at Queen’s University.
Laurie Beaudonnet is professor at Université de Montréal.
Her research interests are on comparative politics, european integration, political behavior, public opinion, elections, multi-level governance, welfare regimes, quantitative methods.
SPL and Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität of Münster are historical and long-lasting partners. Our cooperation is multidimensional: naturally through the Erasmus + program (exchanging students, professors and staffs) but also through our Franco-German dual degree in social and political sciences.
Created in 1999, this Franco-German dual degree offers students the opportunity to study social and political sciences in France, at Sciences Po Lille, and in Germany, at the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität of Münster.

Thais Pavez is professor at the Universidade Estadual Paulista in Brazil. She is a specialist in the following fields: political doctrines, social classes, political sociology, public policies.
Since 2013, she has been part of the research center “Pensamento e Política no Brasil”.
Dr. Haim Yacobi is a senior lecturer at the Department of Politics and Government at Ben Gurion University and a Marie Curie Researcher at the Department of architecture at Cambridge University.
As an architect and planner who specialized in geography, his academic work focuses on the urban as a political, social and cultural entity.
The main issues that stand in the center of his research interest in relation to the urban space are social justice, the politics of identity, migration, globalization and planning.
